KRONYK MYTH - THE BAND JOHN VASKO: GUITARS, VOCALS The primary songwriter and visionary of the band. A shredder at heart, John plays with passion, combining rhythm and leads with a distict vocal style. John incorporates influences from every era of rock in his playing, playing at a whisper or a scream as the song dictates. MIKE SMITH (a.k.a. Schmidy): BASS GUITAR Call him `Schmidy', call him `The Reverend of Rhythm', never late for the next measure. Schmidy holds down the solid rhythm while asserting his `lead bass' style within the structure of the song. JIM WATLEY (R.I.P): DRUMS & PERCUSSION Jim was one of the hardest working drummers around, pounding out complex rhythms and thundering beats. Combining his Metal background with the vast array of musical influences, Jim was best described as a power-jazz drummer.
